WebThe general consensus is no, but I'm one of (what seems to be) the few who would say yes. 4 has a better main cast and is much quicker to get going. 5 is a much better world and supporting cast with better gameplay, less tedious dungeon crawling, and a crystal clear identity that they absolutely nail, but it also has a glacially slow start. WebStick to one element (2 max) per character preferably Light or Darkness and a second element. Weapons level up quickly so there is more room there. I'm mostly looking for the optimal class build for each unique character. (Vartan for Canopus, Archer for Arycelle, Princess for Catiua, Witch for Sherri, etc.)
