I would go to load the tune and the x4 would say "additional update required". After plugging it BACK into the laptop and hitting update again, it essentially finalized the update ... As soon as the new PCM was installed the IDS system was able to upload the stock as built tune with not issue. I connected my SCT X4 and was able to download and back up the stock tune, make my adjustments and upload the SCT tune with no issues.
