Webb23 dec. 2024 · Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Line a sheet pan with parchment paper. In a large bowl, stir together the butter, sugar, egg, vanilla and almond extracts. Stir in the almond flour, baking soda, and salt until well mixed. Using a heaping tablespoon, roll the cookies in sugar and then place them on a sheet pan 2 inches apart.
