Web1 year anniversary of Short Term Rental Bylaw. It has been 1 year since the Short Term Rental (STR) bylaw has been active. I personally have not seen it working and have not seen Bylaw work hard to enforce this ... But perhaps I live in my own little bubble. Does any have a positive experience?
