Additionally, if another NavMesh Modifier is found further down the transform hierarchy, the new NavMesh Modifier overrides the one further up the hierarchy. WebNavmesh errors and navmesh conflicts absolutely can break the game and lead to reliable CTDs. But that's a different problem than deleted navmeshes. Neither xEdit/SSEEdit nor LOOT are going to report bad navmeshes, just deleted ones. And the process for fixing a deleted navmesh is entirely different than the process for repairing a bad navmesh.
