(i) the establishment of watershed districts, and. (ii) the development and implementation of schemes by the watershed districts; and. (b) to protect the correlative rights of owners. WebThe Manitoba Public Utilities Board (the Board) is an independent quasi-judicial administrative tribunal operating under the authority of the Manitoba Legislature. While the current Public Utilities Board Act was passed in 1959 the Board has regulated services under other legislation since 1913.
