Try to use the controller to find it wont work. 4. WebNo, that's the install folder. Character settings aren't saved there, they're saved where I said. Go to "My Documents" (or Documents, depending on your OS,) there should be a folder called My Games in there, and a FFXIV folder inside it. The character settings file is made up of several files, but they're all neatly organized into folders.
