WebIchor bullets are good simply because the ichor debuff, but the Crystal bullets will do more damage with the shards, esspecially against crowds. I woud say use both, maybe consider hitting tougher enemies with ichor then switching to crystal so you have the advantage of the debuff and the crystal shards.
